We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the slopes. We couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy our skiing trip.

We had a nice balcony. It provides large restaurant nearby. It was really good value. A gondola station across the street.

Customer service was really handy. A few steps away from Bavaria Stadl, where you can have lunch. Such amazing tourist destinations as Viaduct Willingen were not far from this place...

This place is conveniently located near a subway station and in a ski area, making it easily accessible to many of Willingen's landmarks.

Great location, close to activities. Huge rooms. Underground passageways to nearby facilities. Good breakfast menu. Helpful staff. Comfy rooms. Variety of dinner choices. Nice pool. Excellent sauna.

Not one thing.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our holiday, with everything within easy walking distance. the facilities such as the pool and sauna were great for some relaxation after a day of skiing. the food offered at the hotel was really good, and we particularly enjoyed the variety in choice.

Although the room was big enough, it was quite old-fashioned and the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult for us to sleep well. the cleaning soap provided was poor, and we were disappointed that there was no room service available.

During my recent stay at a large hotel in a mountain resort, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's allure. the location was just a stone's throw away from the slopes which was incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. the hotel boasted many facilities such as a large sauna and gym which made for a pleasant stay. the breakfast was also delectable with a wide range of options to choose from. the room was spacious with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the town. Although the lobby was a bit crowded due to the hotel's size, once in the room, it felt comfortable and cozy.

The lack of free Wi-Fi in the room was a bit of a downside.

We had a great time at this hotel. Best aspects were the location - close to all activities, including the cable car, swimming pool, cinema and ice skating rink. The hotel facilities were great with underground passageways leading to nearby amenities. The rooms were huge with lovely views. The staff, especially the gentleman with the ponytail and the lady at the restaurant, provided excellent service.

Didn't dislike anything about the property. The hotel was a small resort in itself and had a good variety of choices for dinner.

The breakfast selection was quite good, with plenty of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. The room itself was also quite comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that was perfect for a romantic escape.

There were a number of negative aspects to our stay. the room itself was quite outdated and could have benefited from some modernization.
